We offer 6-day or 8-day summer sessions split across two weeks in June, July, and August for children ages 2 - 7 years old. You have the option to sign up for both weeks or just one week within a session. Sessions meet from 9:30 am - 12:00 pm and are led by Teacher Althea.

Cooperative Model
As a cooperative school, parents/caregivers participate by working and playing alongside the children and teachers. Parents with two enrolled children work three days over the two-week period. Parents with three or more enrolled children work one day per week per child. Learn more details about the working parent/caregiver's role.

This summer WP Summer Co-op will offer partial-tuition scholarships to registered families that need and/or desire financial assistance. To request scholarship assistance send an email to woodlandparksummer@gmail.com 1) explaining your family’s situation and why scholarship assistance is requested and 2) indicate how many children and sessions you have registered. Scholarship funds are limited, and we cannot guarantee scholarships to all applicants. Applicants will receive a response within 10 days after a request is received. If a scholarship is awarded, it will be awarded as a partial-tuition refund.
How to Register
Registration and tuition payment is available only through our website. Priority registration begins Saturday February 1, 2025 and open registration begins Saturday February 15, 2025. Please click on the Register link in the upper right hand corner of the website to begin.
Orientation
There is a mandatory Summer Orientation Meeting for all working adults in TBD. It will be held via zoom. Registered participants will be sent an email with the zoom link. If you are registering after our mandatory orientation, please send an email to woodlandparksummer@gmail.com and we can send the recording.
Withdrawal & Refund Policy
To receive a partial refund of tuition, parents must provide written notice of withdrawal from any session at least 3 weeks prior to the start of that session. No tuition refunds will be given if withdrawal occurs within 3 weeks of the start date of a session. In all cases, $40 per child, per session is non-refundable.
